Whenever I make meat lasagna the layers always fall apart. Any ideas on how to get them to stick together better? ~ Chani Czeladnicki

Chani, I can think of two possible reasons that your lasagna falls apart:

1. Your sauce may not be thick enough. It should be spreadable with very little liquid remaining. 2. You may be cutting the finished product too early. Let the lasagna rest at least 10 minutes before you slice it.
