Turkey Meatballs with Sweet Sauce
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs ground turkey thigh
2 eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 jar marinara sauce
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
Directions:
Combine turkey, eggs and bread crumbs gently. Do not over mix. Form into balls. Combine marinara sauce and cranberry sauce in a large pot over medium flame. Put turkey balls in the sauce and let it cook on low flame for an hour or until cooked through.

So excited to try this out! I made meatballs raw in the sauce for the first time last night and the difference was amazing.
The cranberry-marinara combo here sounds really good and my husband adores cranberries. This will be on the menu next week!
