Sprinkle Shape Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine, softened
3/4 cups sugar
1/6 cup egg substitute
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 & 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together the margarine and sugar. Mix in egg substitute and vanilla. Then mix in the dry ingredients. Press dough flat onto a board. Use cookie cutters to cut dough into shapes. Place shapes onto a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sprinkles, or press chocolate chips in instead. Bake about 10 minutes.

This recipe looks great to do with kids! How many eggs should i use instead of the specified amount of egg substitute?
1/3 cup of egg substitute = 1 egg when baking; 1/4 cup = 1 egg when cooking) So 1 egg white.
