Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie
Ingredients:
1 ready made pie crust
2 8oz. RichWhip Non-Dairy Whip Topping
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of sugar
Directions:
Combine the above ingredients together, mix well. Then put it in pie crust. Cover the pie with foil or wrap in plastic and Freeze for several hours.

this is soo eassy and sooo good!!!
I did make this, but I used Splenda instead of sugar, and the sugar free whipped topping, because my husband is diabetic. Because peanut butter is so thick, I mixed it with the Splenda first in my mixer. Then I folded in the whipped topping, so it wouldn’t deflate so much. It worked out very well that way. It was so delicious! My husband loved it. Thanks!
Do I have to whip the richwhip? or leave it liquid?
