Malawach Deli Rugelach
Ingredients:
Malawach dough (found in frozen section)
Oven Roasted Turkey (you can use your favorite cold cuts)
Jalapeno Mustard (you can use mayo, bbq sauce etc)
Directions:
Defrost malawach dough slightly. Smear mustard over dough. Place deli meat over mustard. Cut lines across dough forming triangles. Roll dough, from outside rolling inward to center, forming rugelach. Place rugelach on lined baking sheet and bake on 350 for about 15 to 20 minutes. Top with mustard, sriracha sauce or your favorite sauce. OPTIONAL: Swap jalapeno mustard for honey mustard and top dough with sweet and sour duck sauce before baking. Or brush dough with egg yolks and top with sesame seeds.

The above malawach deli recipe. What could you use instead of malawach dough as I can’t purchase that here in Melbourne, Australia.
I love your recipes.
Thank you
Helen
This sounds great but my local store doesn’t have Malawach dough! is there an alternative?
Thank you!
You can use puff pastry if you can’t find malawach dough.
