Hello month of Nisan / April! It’s my birthday month. It’s also the month in which we celebrate the Jewish holiday Passover. My birthday is the first night of Passover. (right after my mama took a bite of the bitter herbs maror to be exact!) I want to celebrate my birthday with all of you fabulous readers by hosting a month of fun and tasty giveaways!

I am kicking off the festivities with a delicious giveaway featuring the BEST vegan cupcakes I have ever tasted. It’s no secret I am a lover of anything that has frosting. When my husband was in Florida for a trip he stumbled upon an adorable vegan bakery called Bunnie Cakes and decided to surprise his sugar junkie wife with a box of cupcakes. I was smitten. (with both him and the sweet confections!)
