Brownie Cheesecake S’mores
Ingredients for Brownie Batter:
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of flour
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa
Ingredients for Cheesecake:
12 oz of whipped cream cheese (1 and a half containers if using 8 oz containers)
1/2 cup of sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
Toppings:
Melted chocolate (recipe below)
Mini marshmallows
Chocolate Chips
Graham crackers, crushed
Directions:
Combine ingredients for brownie until smooth. Set aside. Combine ingredients for cheesecake. Layer brownie batter in a 9×13 pan then top with cheesecake. Bake on 350′ until cheesecake is set. (about 45 minutes to and hour) Allow to cool off then top with melted chocolate, marshmallows and chocolate chips. Place back in oven for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until marshmallows and chocolate are melted. Optional: you can also bake this as cupcakes. Fill cupcake liners about 3/4 way full with brownie batter than add a tablespoon of cheesecake batter to the top. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through. Once baked, place melted chocolate on top then mini marshmallows and chocolate chips and bake in oven for an additional 5 minutes or until melted. Top with crushed graham crackers.
Melted Chocolate
1 bag of chocolate chips
Melt chocolate chips in microwave or using a double boiler by placing a glass bowl over a saucepan filled with boiling water.
