Sausage Pie
Ingredients:
4 sausages, diced or cut into coins
1 onion, cut into half moons
1 red pepper, diced
14.4 oz can of coconut milk
2 eggs
Directions:
Saute onions and peppers until tender then add in sausage. Cook then combine in a large bowl with coconut milk and eggs. Place in pie crust and bake on 350′ for about 30 to 45 minutes or until set.
** Tips & Tricks: Place sausage mixture in mini pie crusts for easy serving!

Hi Doreen, yes you can swap sausage for salami. You can also use lamb bacon or deli meat cut into cubes!
Hi Nina- I don’t eat coconut, almonds, or any other nuts. Can you suggest an alternative to coconut milk for me? BTW- I would most likely be using salami. Thanks- Mike
Soy milk can be used instead!
