Easy Latkes
I used 5-6 yukon gold potatoes (on the larger side)
1 onion
about 2-3 Tbsp flour
3 eggs
some salt
oil to fry.
I hand grated the potatoes and the onion into a bowl. Then added the rest and mixed. Heated the oil and fried.
