Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients:
1 ready made pie crust
2 8oz. RichWhip Non-Dairy Whip Topping
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of sugar

Directions:
Combine the above ingredients together, mix well. Then put it in pie crust. Cover the pie with foil or wrap in plastic and Freeze for several hours.

  • I did make this, but I used Splenda instead of sugar, and the sugar free whipped topping, because my husband is diabetic. Because peanut butter is so thick, I mixed it with the Splenda first in my mixer. Then I folded in the whipped topping, so it wouldn’t deflate so much. It worked out very well that way. It was so delicious! My husband loved it. Thanks!
