Quick EASY Latke Recipe for Hanukkah

Servings: 10 latkes using an ice cream scooper for measuring or 15 using a tablespoon for measuring.
Ingredients:
1 lb. bag of shredded hash browns
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl combine shredded hash browns, eggs, flour, salt and pepper.
2. Heat up a large frying pan with oil.
3. Using an ice cream scooper, measure out latke batter and fry up in batches until both sides are golden brown.
4. Top with a sprinkle of flaked sea salt when serving.
